most medicine waits for something to break.health management helps you stay ahead.

If your weight, energy, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, or family history has your attention, now is the time to get clear. I help parents and busy professionals understand what's changing, what matters most, and what to do next.

Breaux Medical is a physician-led longevity and performance practice. Please maintain a primary care physician for acute illness and insurance-based services outside the scope of this practice.

01 — Philosophy
"once a diagnosis shows up, it's late.my job is catching things early, and staying close after."

—DR. BREAUX

Annual visits are brief. Testing is limited. Care is fragmented.

By the time many conditions become obvious, the underlying process has often been developing for years — showing up as weight gain, fatigue, rising blood sugar, high blood pressure, or concerning labs.

The question isn't where you've been. It's where you're headed next and how much of it is still yours to change.

02 — Why this matters

it's not cholesterol you're worried about.it's what it becomes.

  • 01Time with your kids
  • 02Independence with age
  • 03Breaking the family pattern
  • 04Strength for the life you've built

health isn't the goal. it's what makes the rest possible.

Focusing on the tree over the forest.

Over a decade of patient care taught me the best medicine isn't a protocol, it's attention. It's the discipline to focus on the person in front of you instead of assuming they're the average patient in the textbook.

I'm Harvard and Columbia-educated. I have multiple board certifications, and I've worked at Stanford, Forward, and Sutter. Credentials and experience matter, but the discipline to listen, inform, and empower is the foundation of my practice.

06 — Who this is for

for people who want to participate in their own health.

We work best with people willing to show up to the work. It's probably not the right fit if you're looking for quick fixes, prescription-only solutions, or a transactional medical relationship.

Why it works
  • most care is transactional.this is relational.
  • most care follows general guidelines.this is personal.
  • most people figure it out alone.you won't.
07 — Common questions

things people ask before we start.

01are you my pcp?
No. Breaux Medical is not a replacement for your primary care physician. You should maintain a PCP for routine screenings, acute illness/injury, and other insurance-based services. My role is to provide proactive care focused on the bigger picture: prevention, longevity, performance coaching, strategic planning, and optimization of any existing chronic disease or symptoms.
02how does working together start?
Every path starts with a complimentary discovery call. If it feels like a fit, you'll complete a $500 Initial Health Assessment. Dr. Breaux reviews your history, goals, and key biomarkers, interprets the findings, identifies priorities, and recommends the appropriate next step — a 12-week program or Annual Health Management. The $500 assessment fee is fully credited toward any program you choose.
03what are the two ways to work with you?
After the Initial Health Assessment, you can choose a 12-Week Program (Longevity Baseline, Metabolic Mastery, or Hormone Optimization, with Core, Complete, or Concierge tiers) or Annual Health Management ($8,000/year), an ongoing physician partnership for monitoring, management, and strategy.
04how do i know which option is right for me?
Start with the 2-minute fit quiz. It will recommend a starting focus and then invite you to schedule a discovery call to confirm fit. The quiz is educational only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
05can you diagnose, prescribe, or order tests?
Yes. Dr. Breaux is a board-certified physician. Within the health management relationship, he can diagnose, prescribe, order labs and imaging, and refer to specialists when clinically appropriate. These services are not billed to insurance and are separate from the routine, insurance-based care provided by your PCP.
06how does this work with my pcp?
Your PCP remains your point of contact for reactive and insurance-based care. Breaux Medical adds a proactive relational layer focused on metabolic health, chronic disease prevention/optimization, longevity, and long-term planning.
07do you take insurance?
No. Program and membership fees are direct. Keep your insurance for care handled by your PCP. HSA/FSA funds may apply.
08how do i get started?
Schedule a complimentary discovery call. We'll determine whether Breaux Medical is a good fit and outline the right starting point.
09how can i contact you?
Email info@breauxmedical.com — responses are typically within 3–5 business days.
